Early Connection With Animals
I’ve always had a unique bond with animals, sensing their thoughts, feelings, and physical states in ways that felt intuitive. From a young age, I was drawn to the unspoken language between us, feeling an innate connection to their needs and emotions. As I grew, this connection deepened, and I began to understand myself as a medium—someone who offers help to others along the way, often without them even asking. Star came into my life after Aspen passed. She and her sister were 8-week-old twin cocker spaniels. Star was so tiny she fit into the palm of my hand. She was black with a white spot on her nose that looked like a star, hence her name.
Losing Star: A Heartbreaking Shift
Just when I thought I found my purpose, fate took another sharp turn. Star, my heart dog, fell ill. The suddenness of her decline was overwhelming- one moment we were okay, and the next, she was critically ill. The visit so the vet was a nightmare. The news was delivered in the coldest, most callous way possible, leaving me devasted and unprepared. I hadn’t seen it coming, and the abruptness of her passing left me questioning everything. How could I have missed it? How could I have not known that our last night together was, in fact, our last?
Her loss was profound. It shattered my heart and led me on a path I had not anticipated: a deep search that I found my calling in Soul-Level Animal Communication, a practice that would not only help me process my own grief but also help others.
The Path to Healing and Understanding
During my studies, I began to understand the depth of the connection I had with Star, even beyond her physical form. She had been guiding me all along, leading me on this path of understanding, and through this work, I found healing. The more I helped others, the more I learned about the vast, intricate plans that each soul - human and animal- has. I came to understand that animals, just like people, have their own lessons and journeys, and they come into our lives for specific reasons, to guide us through our own growth and healing.
This knowledge became my joy, my peace, and the foundation of my work. I help families find closure, peace, and understanding. I help them honor the beautiful connections they share with their animals, teaching them how to navigate the grief process with love, compassion, and strength.
Continuing the Journey: Connecting Hearts and Souls
Though I am still searching for my understanding of Star’s passing. I know in my heart that she is with me, guiding me through each step of this journey. Through the work I do, I not only help others heal but also continue to honor the incredible bond Star and I shared. Each family I help and each animal I connect with brings me closer to a greater understanding of the universe and the profound purpose that animals serve in our lives.
